Big Mouth Burgers is committed to making our restaurants and this website accessible to everyone. We believe that good burgers should be available to all people, regardless of ability.
Both of our locations have wheelchair-accessible entrances, seating areas, and restrooms. Our San Bruno location has a level entrance directly from the parking lot. The Mission location has a level entrance from 24th Street with our outdoor patio fully accessible at ground level.
If you need any assistance during your visit — help with the door, a menu read aloud, seating accommodation — just ask any of our staff. We're here to make sure you have a good experience, full stop.
We aim to follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. Here's what that means in practice for this site:
All pages use semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy. Images include descriptive alt text. Links are clearly labeled and distinguishable. Text maintains a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against backgrounds. The site is navigable by keyboard alone. All interactive elements are focusable and have visible focus indicators. Pages work with screen readers including VoiceOver and NVDA.
If our website doesn't work well for you, call us directly. Our staff will take your order over the phone, answer any questions about the menu, and provide whatever information you need. That's what phones are for.
San Bruno: (650) 871-5237
Mission SF: (415) 282-6599
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in our restaurants, please tell us. We take this seriously and we'll work to fix it. Call either location or email us. Your feedback directly improves the experience for the next person.
